Greg Hearne

Chief Executive Officer

Greg Hearne brings over 40 years of technical management experience supporting both government and humanitarian missions around the globe. He co-founded BennuTech on the conviction that experienced, mission-driven professionals can deliver better outcomes for government clients. Greg holds a BS in Computer Science and an MS Certificate in Project Management. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma certified, and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Dr. Joshua Hearne

Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Joshua Hearne is a specialist in monitoring and evaluation, human capital, and program operations across the government and private sectors. He has led complex portfolios, synchronized cross-functional stakeholders, advised senior leaders, and helped establish high-visibility government organizations achieve strategic and operational objectives across federal agencies including DHS (CISA/FEMA), VA, NIH, DOW, and OPM.

Edwin Maldonado Vazquez

Director of Foreign Partner Engagement

Edwin Maldonado Vazquez brings a wealth of global experience to BennuTech as Director of Foreign Partner Engagement. A retired U.S. Army Warrant Officer, Edwin has operated across the globe and is a trusted face among U.S. SOUTHCOM and CENTCOM foreign partners. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, he bridges cultures and builds lasting relationships with ease. Edwin holds a degree in Computer Science and an extensive portfolio of professional certifications.

Benjamin Boggess

Director of International Operations

Benjamin Boggess brings extensive field experience in international program management and implementation. He has managed complex projects across multiple countries, serving as a primary point of contact for government and partner nation relationships. Ben holds a BS in International Business and Economic Development and a Master's in Development Management. He is fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole.
